Define the differences between natural and synthetic Understanding concepts #1-7 and #10 as a poster project to be done with a partner or alone. Research time has been given to students.

Grade 9 Math Sheet 3.2 due Monday

Grade 10 Science Molecular Compound Assignment was due today and I did not receive any of these. If I do not have it Monday morning you will be in homework lunch.

Science 10- Case study 2.12 Food preservation and understanding concept questions 1,2,4,5 Time was given in class to complete this. Due Thursday December 13.

Grade 9 students - English Language Proficiency Assesment information newsletters were sent home today. Please read with over with your students and send back signed, as soon as possible.

Grade 9 Math Today we started to work with the equation of the line. Page 110 #1-6

Grade 9 Science- Today we started our space exploration unit. Assignment explain the differences between stars and planets.

Grade 10 Science - Many students missed the test on Friday. You must make up the test tomorrow. Page 198 #2,3 balancing polyatomic compounds.

Family Living 12 Today students were assigned a detailed family problem. They will have class time to complete this. Some students still have housing plans and budget problems outstanding.

Family Living 12 - Budget assignment is due Tuesday. Students have had 3 classes with computer access to work on this. I am still missing housing pricing projects that were due Monday. Please have these ready to hand in Tuesday December 11.

Math 9 - Students had a quiz on slope today.

Science 9 - Students had a test on static electricity. Next week we will work on circuits, then space.

Science 10 - Students had a test on balancing equations, drawing Bohr models and counting atoms. Please have Word search on chemical reactions completed before Tuesday's class.

Family Living 12 Students are working on a monthly budget for a family. Their income is as follows Single with a child $2000 or married and 1 child $400. You will need a typed list of expenses to run a household. This should be very detailed. Secondly gather information and put it into a PowerPoint presentation. The more creative and accurate you are and the closest to the truth for all expenses the better the grade. It may be helpful to ask adults in your life.

Due Tuesday December 11. Students will have 3 class periods with computer access to complete this project.
